As a standard, we assign a minimum of Grade C security officers, unless a client specifies otherwise. All staff undergo a rigorous vetting process, which includes comprehensive background screening and criminal record clearance, prior to deployment.

Our recruitment protocols are stringent, comprising structured interviews, reference verification, and registration checks. In line with our commitment to integrity and accountability, all employees are subject to pre-employment polygraph examinations; our digital fingerprinting and criminal record verification system is directly linked to the SAPS AFIS database.

Officer training is tailored to specific sites and includes fire safety, first aid, and access control competencies. Grade A instructors deliver on-site training and encompass job-specific site instructions, incident management protocols, contingency evacuation planning, and fire and risk management procedures.

To ensure consistent high service levels, we conduct regular performance evaluations and quality assessments. Armed response units, advanced security technology, and emergency response services support our guarding sites.

Our Guarding Operations Division undertakes daily site inspections, officer parades, and post-operation debriefings. We place strong emphasis on management engagement and transparent reporting as core elements of our guarding service. Officers are encouraged to make use of our confidential whistleblowing hotline, and we operate structured performance initiatives. Staff are recognised and rewarded for their contribution to operational success, including the prevention of crime and successful arrests.
